At CP Connect we respect your privacy. This notice describes what personal data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have over it.

Data controller

CP Connect is a brand of CP Estrategia y Asesoría EIRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica, which is the controller of the personal data you provide to us. For any related matter, write to us at contacto@cpconnect.app.

Data we collect

• Contact details you send us (name, email, company).
• Basic technical browsing information (aggregated analytics).
• Data needed to provide and operate the contracted services.

Purposes

• Responding to your requests and providing commercial follow-up.
• Providing, managing and improving the contracted services.
• Complying with applicable legal obligations.

Data processed through messaging integrations

When a company uses the CP Connect messaging features and integrations, we may process information needed to provide the service, including business account identifiers, numbers or identifiers associated with connected channels, message content, files sent through conversations, delivery statuses, technical information and settings related to automations.

When we process end-customer information on behalf of a company that uses CP Connect, we use this data solely to provide, maintain, protect and support the features contracted by that company.

We do not use the content of end-customer conversations to sell databases, create our own advertising profiles or carry out targeted advertising unrelated to the contracted service.

Each company can only access information relating to its own accounts, users and conversations, unless a valid authorization provides otherwise.

Integrations with third-party platforms

Some CP Connect features require interoperability with third-party services, including messaging platforms, hosting infrastructure, email and other technology services.

When these providers are needed to carry out a requested feature, the information may be transmitted or processed to the extent strictly necessary to provide that feature, in accordance with the applicable terms and policies.

For integrations with WhatsApp Business Platform, the information is processed in accordance with the authorizations granted by the company that owns the corresponding assets and with the applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the contracted services, comply with legal obligations, resolve security incidents and fulfill the purposes described in this Notice.

The relevant companies and individuals may request access, rectification, cancellation, objection or deletion of information by sending their request to contacto@cpconnect.app. Requests will be verified before being carried out to protect the information against unauthorized access or deletion. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. We will publish any change on this same page, along with its update date.
